Planning For Vacation

Folks, in your place is summer now like in Philippines (my 1st homeland), and again school days. Here in our place the summer is coming closer here this will be June 21 (if I am not get wrong) what I missed is to have vacation and visit to other place. Swiss Cow Bells

As what I have written in my entry yesterday, last Sunday we went up to the mountain of Schallenberg. When we were hiking, we came across to this cute house, a farmer house. Cute house, right? Have you seen the big bells hanging on the window? I like the style and the color of the house with flowers surroundings. Mostly farmer house here in our place they have this kind of traditional cow bells, bells for goat, cow and sheep is also good for decoration that I like too because is fun and festive. The cow really don’t like those cow bells, that can cost $1,000 a piece. When summer come the bells hung under the eaves of the cow. When you are walking through the mountain, you will hear the bells from Swiss cow bells, which also like a music.

How is everyone? How was your weekend? Me, I have great weekend, I was with my husband and baby. It was perfect weather, not too hot; I can say that exactly temperature that I wish. Up to the mount of Schallenberg the road is open all year round. People come and go with motor which a lot of fun. There are way are also ideal for hiking and biking where we were. My husband and I strolled around another town here in our place we went up to the little hill and we came across those trees, the apple trees. Chatting To My Family

When I am typing this entry, I am talking to my family (on the phone) back to Philippines and we show my son through webcam while my husband carrying him and talking to them on the phone and chatting (on YM). The photo took shot of my husband, we were bicycle tour with my friends few years ago. It was great trip with bicycle, it was almost 10 kilometres with bicycle tour then we did picnic. Walking high above the hill of Belpberg, my husband and I fave place that we can see the beauty of Berner Oberland. Manatee

We visited one of the marine aquarium in Florida near by Tampa, (I forgot what is the name of the place) we saw the one of the largest aquatic marine mammals “the Manatee” it is also called sea cows (photo above). It was my first time I saw manatee, I was so impressed how so big this kind of mammal, it is really look like a cow. We were lucky on that time because the man marine feeding the manatee, it was great taking pictures of this mammals eating salad. Manatee is herbivores and eats over 60 different plants and they eat just small amount of fish from nets. They live in freshwater and warm water, below 15 degrees celcius they cannot survive. Their color is brownish gray, and they have thick wrinkled skin.

We were in grocery store; it seems we bought all the things and foods in grocery, I knew you think now that is too much, but that is not too much for visitor of my sister who were from Michigan her parents in-law, sister in-law, brother in-law, for friends and of course for my husband and I. Our First Day in St. Petersburg

In our first day in Florida, my sis and bro in-law brought us in Dali Museum and after that, we took a little bit walked around St. Petersburg town, and we had a great lunch by baywalk restaurant. Trolley Bus

When we were around by St. Petersburg Pier, Florida , we saw this cute and interesting bus in there and my husband decided to take a picture of me. I think it is fun to ride that bus, I did not expect they have also the type of an old trolley bus and it reminds me of our miniature collections of bus or cars which is great to collect. Alligator For Today

After we played mini golf, my husband, my sis, my bro in-law and we took rest a little bit and we feed the little alligator (see the photo below) it was a lot of fun feeding them. That was my first time I saw alligator in real (lol) as we do not have alligator here in our place just crocodile I saw by zoo (oi I am the alligator here lol). The Gator Restaurant in Treasure Island Florida

The photo above this is the restaurant “Gator restaurant” in Treasure Island where we had a great and delicious food for our dinner before my husband flight backs home our place. It was great vacation for us, my bro and sister treated us nicely while we were staying their condominium, and we used having a dinner in restaurant almost every night and having a great time with them. In The Condominium Of My Sister

This is in the condominium of my sister and bro in-law in Florida. I miss to be there; hopefully someday we could visit again in their place and have fun with them. I like there sofa because is nice color, wide, big which is so comfortable for me, I can sleep well. They have nice view from their balcony beautiful long beach of Treasure Island and when the sunset comes it is great to see with beautiful colorful sky. They have also swimming pool, which we were use to swim every afternoon before the sunset. They were here when I gave birth to my little boy it is 6 months now. I am looking forward to visit again to them someday with my family my husband and my little baby boy and visit some amusement park in Florida.

Lovely Flowers For You

Is just refreshing your day, smell good and lovely flowers I took yesterday when we were walking along the fields. It was also great and amazing view from where we walk. My son enjoyed while he is in stroller. He likes to hear the birds singing and looking the trees and the green fields. I wish the weather again would be better not like today is a little bit cloudy, and take again a little bit walk in this field that where we can see the Bernese Oberland Alps which is beautiful and amazing view while we were walking.
